Hermitage Park, Edmonton (seven photos)

Took a nice walk around Hermitage Park recently. I’d known this place existed, but just hadn’t visited it before. There were a TON of Canada Geese in one area, eating the grass down to the level of a fast golf green. In the off-leash area there is a pond with lots of waterfowl including a bunch of pelicans and cormorants, which are not really the kind of birds you envision seeing in Edmonton. Anyway, it’s a nice place and I recommend a visit if you’re in the neighborhood and have the time.

If you enjoy my photographs please consider making a purchase. All of the proceeds from the sale will go directly to help support our friends working at Inundo Development in South Africa which is a great organization really making a difference in the community. Every little bit makes a difference, even a small digital download for your desktop!
