Bridal Veil Falls

This is a shot taken almost three years ago. It’s not the main waterfall at Bridal Veil Falls, which was overrun with people when I was there, just a little part of the stream we passed on the hike back down. I don’t think I’d say that this is my best photograph, probably not even close actually. Ironically though, it is the one that has resulted in the most sales on an affiliate site that I have it available on. I’m not sure what it is. I did a little bit of a long exposure, as much as I could get with no filter and a bright day. Then I did a little HDR processing on it – one of my earliest HDR efforts actually. I guess there’s just something about it that people liked, so I figured I’d share it with you here on the blog. Thanks for looking.

Camera: Canon EOS T1i, Exposure Time: 1s, Aperture: f/16, ISO: 100, Focal Length: 33mm

If you enjoy my photographs please consider making a purchase. All of the proceeds from the sale will go directly to help support our friends volunteering at the Seed of Hope in South Africa which is a great organization really making a difference in the community. Every little bit makes a difference, even a small digital download for your desktop!
