My name is Steve Boer and I’m not on Facebook. So far, I have no plans to change that status, which is why I started this blog instead. I currently reside in St. Albert, AB Canada with my wife and our two cats. In the past several years I have gotten re-interested in photography and I wanted a way to share some of my photos with people in a format that would be a little more engaging and easier to follow than my Flickr or 500px pages.

So, welcome here. I won’t promise to post on a particularly regular basis, as I tend to photograph in spurts. However, I encourage you to follow my blog if you find my photos interesting, or if you are just interested in finding out what I’ve been up to on occasion.

All the photographs featured in my blog and more are available for purchase as prints or downloads. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of my images will be donated to charity in support of our friends who are volunteering in South Africa through SIM Canada.
