Victoria Falls was amazing. There was so much mist we got drenched. I wasn’t really prepared for that and I had a hard time keeping my camera relatively dry.

It’s definitely worth it. My only regret was that due to being part of a tour group we only had a limited amount of time to spend there. I wouldn’t have felt safe without a group of people though, the town is pretty dodgy.

I live 30 minutes drive from Victoria Falls, on the Zambian side. In my opinion the Zimbabwean experience beats the Zambian one a thousand-fold and I always advise prospective travellers to go to Zimbabwe rather than Zambia. Besides everything else it’s a lot cheaper. But then Zimbabwe was my home until 8 years ago, so perhaps I am biased 😉
Yeah it was a good tour, we got to see a lot of different places. I can’t comment on which side is better, so I will accept your opinion as reliable, if possibly biased 🙂
